Terms and conditions:

1. Promoter

The promoter is Tiana Justine, trading as Tiana Justine Art ABN 37 518667016.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens on Saturday 24 October 2026 and closes at midday AEST on Thursday 29 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will be included at the discretion of the promoter.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude entries that do not comply with these terms.  In the event of an international entrant winning the competition will be redrawn and the Internation entrant may be offered an alternative prize that may or may not be comparable with the Australian prize at the discretion of the promoter.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must comment on the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook by tagging a friend in the comments.

For the tagged-friend referral entry to qualify:

  • The tagged friend must follow @tianajustineart Instagram or Facebook account before the competition closes.

  • The original participant and the tagged friend will each receive one entry.

For the newsletter bonus:

  • New subscribers must sign up to the Newsletter through the designated sign-up link on www.tianajustineart.com available via link-in-bio before the competition closes.

  • Tagged friend subscriptions must only be completed by the individual owning the subscribed email address, once the subscription has been confirmed, both the ‘tagger’ and the tagged friend will each receive five additional entries.

  • For those already subscribed receive 5 bonus entries by commenting “Newsletter” on the promotion post

Each qualifying referral and newsletter subscription must be genuine. Duplicate or fraudulent entries, fake accounts and automated entries will not be accepted. Each participant may receive entries for multiple qualifying referrals, subject to these terms.

5. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded:

  • First prize: One $150 AUD art voucher for Tiana Justine Art.

  • Second prize: One $50 AUD art voucher Tiana Justine Art.

  • Third prize: One voucher for 30% off an eligible purchase.

The total stated value of the first and second prizes is $200 AUD, plus the value of the third-prize discount.

6. Voucher conditions

All vouchers must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable and must be used for a single transaction. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

7. Winner selection

Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each participant may win only one prize.

8. Winner notification

Winners will be contacted by direct message from the official @tianajustineart Instagram or Facebook account.

9. Privacy and newsletter consent

Personal information will be collected and used to administer the promotion. Newsletter subscriptions will be used for email marketing only where the subscriber has provided appropriate consent. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will not be sold.

10. General conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who breach these terms. Any changes or cancellation will be made only where permitted by law, and any changes will be communicated through the official Instagram account.

11. Instagram disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, each participant releases Instagram from responsibility for this promotion.
